EPCO Marine Products is the only bow eye manufacturer to offer the patented EPCO Bow Eye Sealing System. A silicone gasket sealing system, provides a clean, secure seal without the need for caulk or other sealants which results in substantial time, labor and material costs savings. Because the System can be installed in two minutes or less and caulking is eliminated, boat manufacturers can see labor and material savings of up to $19 per boat.

With the System, the gasket is attached to the top plate and then pre-assembled to the bow eye. This not only saves time and money, it also ensures the gasket is perfectly aligned, eliminating the chance for error or damage to the gasket. EPCO is the only company offering pre-assembled gasket sealed bow eyes.
